Developer and Head of the Business Unit, Werner Katzengruber, has more than 25 years experience in the field of personnel diagnostics, which ensures the highest quality in both scientific terms and practical implementation. With its research-based approach, the Institute for Personnel Diagnostics (IFPD) stands for cutting-edge scientific expertise and a solid understanding of the practical requirements and wishes of its clients.

Scientifically sound profiling highlights the talents of individuals.

The aim of IFPD is to identify and effectively manage talent in order to maximise the success of employees and organisations. An optimum matching of talent and team can only be achieved through a differentiated approach to potentials. In this context, IFPD's basic research addresses the following issues: Which people have which strengths? Which people are most suited to which tasks? Why are some people extraordinarily successful? Where is talent being underutilised and how can this be effectively measured? Which team combination is the most harmonious and productive? All procedures follow a strategic guideline: personnel diagnostics must be scientific and science must be useful.
